FAQ: CAN I KEEP MY NUMBER?
Of course you can. If you are already on the 3 network, we can simply upgrade you (as long you as are coming to the end of your contract), which means you'll get the same great deal but just keep your existing SIM card.
If you are currently on another network, then you will have to port your number. This process takes no more than a couple of phone calls, and will only take 7 days to transfer. Our customer service team will be happy to help you should you need it.
FAQ: HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO JOIN THE MOBILE CLUB?
For legal purposes you need to be at least 18 years old to take out a contract with the mobile club. However you can still receive text alerts to your current mobile phone by subcrubing online for only £5 per month.
